This self-paced, at-home unclassified CD is developed by certified United States Air Force(USAF) Night Vision Goggle(NVG) Instructors, and compiled with the USAF and DoD initial NVG academic requirements.

The instructional material includes Air Force Research Laboratory academics, computer generated animations of NVG scene content, NVG film captured from NVG cameras, and computer generated animation of surface to air missiles and anti aircraft artillery when using NVGs.

The F-15C specific portions of this CD-ROM are included for reference, and other platforms may be developed at the customer's request.

After review of this NVG course, the student is certified for basic NVG use, NVG operation and operation limits.

Individual hands-on training should be added by the customer to the specific application of the students.

This course requires a browser that has MPEG decoding, video media player with INDEO Video decoder (included), frames capability and a sound card for audio commentary.
